Standard 6-month continuous active access per enrolled course with free extension options.
90-Day Inactivity
Courses without activity for 90 days pause gracefully to help students focus on current tracks.

Encrypted with AES-256 & TLS 1.3. Primary databases hosted locally in Sydney, Australia.
12-Mo. Purge
Inactive student profiles are permanently erased 12 months post-inactivity per APP 11.2.

By registering, accessing, or using Sketch Minds Academy (sketchminds.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws in Australia and your local jurisdiction.

Sketch Minds offers a comprehensive curriculum of 91+ interactive courses across School Academic Mastery (Years 1–12), Vocational Trades, Technology & Coding, Cognitive Games, and Ivy League / Tech Titan Junior frontiers.
Standard 180-Day (6-Month) Access
Every enrolled course provides 180 calendar days (6 months) of full interactive access, including reading lessons, video masterclasses, mini knowledge checks, and final certification exams.
Active Enrolment Quota (Max 5 Slots)
To promote deep subject mastery and prevent fragmented learning, students may have a maximum of 5 active (in-progress) courses concurrently.

End-to-end TLS 1.3 forced HTTPS in transit and military-grade AES-256 at rest. Passwords hashed with salted Bcrypt (cost 10).
Filtered by Gemini Cyber Shield Edge WAF inspecting 128+ attack signatures (SQLi, XSS, SSRF, LLM Prompt Injections) with automated scanner blocking.
Strictly 0% commercial ads or behavioral tracking. Video lectures are streamed via privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com mode.
5. Data Retention Policy & Post-Inactivity Profile Erasure
In compliance with Australian Privacy Principle (APP) 11.2 and global children's privacy frameworks (GDPR-K, COPPA), Sketch Minds permanently erases personal information when it is no longer required for educational delivery:

If an account records zero logins across 12 consecutive months (365 days), and after courtesy reminder notifications dispatched to the registered parent email at 9 months and 11 months, the student profile, avatar customisations, study notes, and diagnostic records are permanently destroyed and cryptographically de-identified in compliance with APP 11.2.

All curriculum materials, reading masterclasses, interactive coding simulators, 3D graphics, and assessment pools are the intellectual property of Sketch Minds Academy Pty Ltd and its accredited partners.
- Students may access course materials solely for non-commercial, personal educational use.
- Redistribution, scraping, automated extraction, or commercial resale of curriculum text, quiz questions, or video streams is strictly prohibited.
- Official certificates generated by Sketch Minds are digitally signed and verifiable; falsification or tampering with certificate identifiers is a violation of these terms.
7. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) & Disclaimers
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or statutory guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Sketch Minds provides educational content for skill development and academic enrichment. While our courses are aligned with ACARA, NESA, and international curricula, completion of courses does not independently confer state high school diplomas or formal university degrees unless explicitly stated.
